The next thing you need to do
is:
Get The Code
After
adding yourself to the queue (via the above form) you will be given a site ID
number. With this and this fragment of html code, you can make the necessary
changes to your homepage. Just copy and paste the code into your page, using
whatever HTML editor you're comfortable with. Simply replace the words
"***SITE ID***" with the ID number assigned to you - there are 2 places in the
code where you will need to do this. It works best if you put your code on
the same page that you have registered with the Web Ring.
You should
save a copy of the image and upload it into your own directory. Please do not
attempt to pull the image from this site. Get The
Image.
The next thing you need to do
is:
Request to Be Added
When your
page is ready, please EMAIL
US and ask the ringmistress to add you to the ring. The ringmistress for
the Working Cowhorse Webring is Tracey.
In order to keep the ring intact, you cannot be added to the ring until the code is in place and working on your page (preferably the page you registered).
